Position: Marketing executive
Location: District 12, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Hours: Full-time (Standard office hours)

As a Sales Executive, you will represent Pd Atelier in all sales and customer service activities, while serving as a key link between Sales – Customer Experience – Marketing.

You’ll focus on customer consultation, closing sales, maintaining client relationships, and gathering market feedback to help shape marketing strategies that enhance both business performance and brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience:

  • Consult and support customers across Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, website, and phone – ensuring responses are timely, clear, and on-brand.
  • Process orders, follow up with clients, maintain relationships with regular customers, and build a VIP client base over time.
  • Update customer data, price quotations, and basic stock status to ensure sales information is accurately and systematically maintained.

 

Marketing Collaboration:

  • Work with the Marketing team to track brand performance indicators such as customer engagement, inquiries, market feedback, and conversion rates.
  • Collect insights from the sales process and propose adjustments to content, messaging, or campaigns to improve results.
  • Provide real-life materials for marketing use, including customer feedback, images, or short experiential content.
  • Support in handling collaborations, gifting programs, and mini events – ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
 
Requirements
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility. Experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, or Sales Operations is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage mid – high end customers; observant and market-aware.

  • Solid grasp of basic marketing principles – capable of analyzing content performance, customer feedback, and conversion behavior, with actionable insight.

  • Proficient in office tools; careful in managing data, orders, and brand assets.

  • A strong aesthetic sense and appreciation for Vietnamese craftsmanship are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Finishing:

  • Support manual production processes, including crafting, assembly, and detailed finishing of products in accordance with Pd Atelier’s standards.
  • Handle surface treatment, fitting of components, and detail refinement to ensure every product meets requirements for durability, precision, and aesthetics.

Design Support & Product Development:

Operational Support:
