For In-Stock Items: Pd Atelier dispatches in-stock pieces within one business day of order placement.
For Made-to-Order or Custom Items: Delivery times start once production is complete.
Small Parcel Shipping: Standard delivery is handled by our partner – 247 Express.
Bulky Item Shipping: For bulky items, we may select alternative carriers based on availability and suitability.
You will receive a notification email once your order ships from our warehouse. Pd Atelier is not liable for delays occurring after the item leaves our premises. If your order contains multiple items, and some may be available sooner than others, we will contact you to arrange either a full or split delivery, based on your preference.
Shipping times provided below are estimates and may vary. The estimated transit time begins once your order has left our facility:
Within Ho Chi Minh City: 1-2 business days
To locations within 1,000 km: 2-4 business days
To locations over 1,000 km: 4-5 business days
Deliveries occur Monday through Friday during business hours, excluding public holidays. For priority shipping or alternative delivery methods, please contact us at www.pd-atelier.com before placing your order.
Within Ho Chi Minh City: Free shipping for purchases over 2,000,000 VND.
Other orders: Delivery fees apply based on weight and destination, calculated by the courier.
Please note: Free shipping is not available for orders with promotional discounts applied. All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
For made-to-order and custom items, lead times typically range from 3–6 weeks and are provided on each product’s description page. These times are estimates and may vary.

Pd Atelier is not liable for delays in production or shipment but will notify you promptly if changes arise.
To request a cancellation or modification of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement by emailing customerservice@pd-atelier.com or calling (+84) 855 03 9966. Requests made beyond this 24-hour period may not be accommodated and are subject to approval.
If a shipment is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with return and reshipment. Our shippers generally make three delivery attempts before returning the item to us.
At this time, Pd Atelier only ships within Viet Nam.
